How much does it cost to send a picture from your phone to your email?

My phone is a Verizon phone; the enV 2. I have the normal 450 minutes/month and unlimited texting. (Just texts, not picture/sound texts.)

I want to send pictures from my phone to my email. Will that cost more since it might have to use the internet? How would I do that?
