What time of the day is the best time to email a resume?

I am a healthcare professional and moving to Chicago. All of the open positions I have found require that you send your resume via email. I am worried about when to email my resume. Should it be over the weekend so its ready Monday morning, during the week, morning, afternoon, WHEN??? I just want to make sure I catch the right person at the right time so I have a better chance of being hired. Any help?

Generally monday morning it shows you are prompt on time and since you have sent it at the begining of the day they cant just ignore it till tomorrow.

In the Healthcare business, the time you email a resume would not matter.. there are doctors and nurses there working overtime and would be awake regardless three in the morning… My personal opinion? Would be Tuesday afternoon around 10:30 a.m. so your email would be one of the first… instead of having Friday, Sat, and Tuesday email interfere with yours.. and the Human Resources secretary would be tired before they reached yours..!

As soon as you see the advertisement! Sunday, email it in. Put in you saw job advertisement that Sunday ad.
