if they are your own records, go direct to the court house. If not your own, and they are in fact Public records you can look them up right there in the Superior court.
You can check with the courts or the police department for the arrest record for a certain offense, but if its for a legit background check on someone for a job or a house or something, the company should already know that. If its not, your nosey. Also, all records checks will cost you money.
There are some free web sites – criminalsearches.com is one – but usually they miss a lot of information.
County courthouse is a good place to go. They can do “complete and accurate” searches for your own records (public or not); and all public records on anyone.
