How do i find the incoming mail server and outgoing mail server in any email account?

Im using Care2 for my main email and I need to find the things above to use Outlook Express. Help me out?

    Check the web site for your e mail account as this is where such info is recorded. You may well need more information (e.g. port numbers, smtp server authentication, SSL use, etc) and this is also defined by the e mail account system that has been set up by your mail service.

    You need to check with the e mail service for this.

    This mail server is always provided by the service provider that you are using. Such as Gmail supports pop and smtp but yahoo doesn’t.
