i am already doing COMMENTS from the DIRECTORS, upcoming events, promotions, new hires, birthdays, anniversaries etc…i want NEW ideas. Please help.

Finally, If I was seated in front of you when you asked this question.. I would say..In each issue Say something positive about a different department..I believe employees function better when their hard work is acknowledge…Do this for all departments…Find something positive.. In these economic times, people need their jobs but a little acknowledgment and encouragement goes a long way.
