How can you email a prosecutor?

Written by admin on November 23rd, 2009

If you notice that a prosecutor is losing a trial because the prosecutor doesn’t have all information, but you have it and if you want to stay anonymous, how can you email the prosecutor?
The court is not giving away the email addresses of prosecutors and judges.

your best bet would be to either go to the arresting agency of whoever you have information on or go to the court that he is being processed by, talk to the clerk, explain why you want to talk to a prosecutor as they probably wont let you without a valid reason.

First of all, you can probably still stay anonymous on the phone. Just tell them that you want to keep your name out of it. Of course, you are going to have to tell them how you know…and who you are might come into play, depending on the circumstances. You can maybe just “direct” them to find the information themselves to keep out of it.

If they want to know who you are that badly, they can simply do an IP address search and find you that way, the same as a phone. Have you tried looking at your county’s website? Usually there is an email address for all the different people in your community on there. If not, you may just have to call them.

Check to see if that DA’s office has a web site. Start with the county. That being said, sending an anonymous email is rather difficult. You would have to use a public computer. Try the telephone.
