You have to wait one week for your order to appear in their system. Dont forget! After a week click on the customer service button on top and then click cancel the suscription.
It’s unclear if you just signed up or if you signed up some time ago, but as the previous answerer has addressed the former, I’ll address the latter.
If it’s been several months since your cancellation period expired, be prepared to pay your subscription in full. If you only now received your first issue which served as your reminder that you forgot to cancel, you’re in a better position to work something out.
Call customer service and explain your situation gently and politely. If they can’t cancel the entire thing, they may be able to prorate your subscription for the amount of time that lapsed between your sign-up and now, and cancel the rest. Good luck.
