Anyone know about a P2P Karaoke Subscription Service?

I have heard that there is a P2P subscription service that allows you do download LEGAL MP3+G files. The monthly fee is supposedly about $80 a month. I’ve done exhaustive searches and can’t find it. I’ve seen it, so I know that it exists, I just can’t find it.

If such a thing existed it wouldn’t be hard to find. The fact is that there is no legal mp3+g P2P service.
