How do you set up a military email account?

My husband is in the Marine Corps and in order for him to get a military discount from his cell phone company he needs to set up an accout with them using his military email account. Problem is….he, nor anyone he asks, knows how to do this! Any help would be greatly appreciated…thanks!

Someone in his Unit or Division should know how to get that email account for him.
I’ve had two so far and both were setup by someone in Division to get an @branch.mil account

It should be as:

he needs a NMCI account. in fact he should already have one.
have him bug the IT guys, they are typically the ones who set them up.
