How do I email all contacts in my address book?

Written by admin on September 23rd, 2009

I have Windows Mail (Vista). If I want to send an email to all the contacts in my address book – to notify them of a change of email address, how can I do it in Windows Mail? Do I have to type in all the names separately in the “To” box?

Click the “To” and then when you are asked to pick the contacts, just select all of them (put the tick besides their name) and it should be automatically inserted into the “To” field. No need to retype each and everyone of them. ^_^
