I want to start a newsletter for my website. What is the best service for this?

I am hoping to write a newsletter for my website but I need a service or site that can make these emails look professional PLUS allow people to opt in and out of the newsletter. What do you guys recommend?

    There are a few choices you have. You can look at existing newsletters from your competitors and re-write them with your own flair and information. You can Hire a Web content writing service. Many of these companies will write your content to be enjoyable to the reader and search engines
