Go to Microsoft Publisher 2007 and click on Newsletters. Has many different formats and color schemes.

If you have Publisher, it’s great … if you’re talking Word … find the templates and you can search for a large selection of templates online. Publisher was created for newsletters though, so if you have it is better. Still, if you just want to learn and see what you can do, work with Word for a little while. I say this because Publisher does not always come with Microsoft Office, I just choose to get the larger selection.
I don’t have 2007, however, in my version when you click on new document, a side bar comes up and there’s a place to type in to find templates and a place to choose online. The templates are good because it gives you an opportunity to find one to play with instead of starting from scratch.
