I need to buy a software for my own newsletter business. Is MS Publisher enough or I need to buy something else?

Publisher should be fine to start with.

If it’s a 4-page sheet, Publisher is fine. If it’s a 30 page tabloid, you’ll need something a lot more powerful. What you need depends on what you need it for. (You could even use Word for a small newsletter.)

Publisher will work. Another option would be Scribus:

Quite powerful, easy to use and free to download. I prefer this over Publisher for things like newsletters.

If you need more professional DTP layout options, Adobe InDesign is the way forward. Much more expensive, though. But arguably the best DTP application at the moment.
