I am planning to start investing internationally via ETFs. I need find an investment newsletter that will give me poiinters. I plan to use only low cost funds and ETFs to build the portfolio. Can someone point out a good newsletter that will help me?

There are a few ETF sites online. They tell you what’s in them. Yahoo lists the top ETFs of the day in their financial section.

bobbrinker.com is the best one for me. Hulbert Financial now part of CBS Marketwatch rates Brinker as one of the best newsletter timers for a long time.
