Why are my newsletters blank when i open them?

I actually just spoke to a live human being (gasp!) and was told that one of the email servers is indeed down and that a lot of people are affected. They are treating it as a kind of “code red” but he couldn’t tell me when it would be back up. He said, hopefully today. Hope that helps you…it didn’t really help me get my work done!!
